Fair Trade Fundraising
UPDATE JULY 15, 2008
We are mailing out info packets for the fall today!!! Please contact Susan if you are a current partner and have not received the packet by next week.
Thank you for your interest in our fair trade fundraising project. We are now accepting new accounts for our recently re-christened "Group Partnership Program," a name that accurately reflects how much we value the work done by churches, schools and community organizations in support of fair trade. For an electronic or hard copy of our 2008 Group Partnership Booklet, please email our Program Coordinator, Susan Moon Bacher at susan(AT)justcoffee(DOT)coop or call 608-204-9011. Again, thank you for your interest.
Tired of purchasing items you would never normally purchase at prices you would never normally consent to pay all in the name of fundraising?
If you’re a hard-core fan of natural ingredients, but you fill your refrigerator with tubs of cookie dough and boxes of pizza kits because your kids were stuck selling them…
If you question the merits of corporate media but find yourself on the subscriber list of six mainstream magazines because your nephew needed to make a sales quota to go on a field trip…
If you live on a budget but find yourself ordering a pound of nuts for twice the grocery store price because your co-worker is selling them for the children’s choir…
Have we got a fundraiser for you!
Just Coffee’s Fair Trade Fundraising Project is designed to give schools and organizations a fundraiser that is…
· Practical – Just Coffee offers items that many consumers purchase on a regular basis.
· Priced fairly—Schools and organizations are given wholesale prices so that people who participate in your fundraiser can pay a price similar to what grocery stores charge, but your group keeps all of the mark up.
· Fair Trade—Coffee is purchased from farmer-owned cooperatives via Cooperative Coffees.
· Custom-built—For coffee, we’ll help you create your own label using black and white artwork.
· Straight forward—Everything we do is basic and simple. You choose which coffees to offer. You only order what you need. You pay for it after you receive it.
· Varied—Your group can choose from coffee, loose tea, bagged tea and chocolate bars.
