Air-Roasted Coffee
We air-roast our coffee to cultivate the natural nuances of our beans. Unlike traditional drum roasting, air-roasting does not add smoke and flame to the roast. This allows for a clean cup that stands up on its own without sugar or cream (though it takes them pretty nicely too).
While many roasters try to roast a uniform taste into their beans, we try to coax the unique qualities out of ours. We want you to taste what each farmer, plant type, and region bring to the bean.
And the fact that air-roasting does not add the carcinogens of a drum-roasted bean is pretty cool as well.
